Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma area seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical group for a jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This is a jobsite-based role supported by our Midwest corporate office in Lenexa, KS, with future work primarily in the Midwest.

If not located in the area, a travel package applies; travel home about twice a month is included.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years experience in Electrical Construction PM role on large-scale projects.
Experience directly managing large-scale electrical infrastructure installations, including low-voltage (120V–600V AC) and medium-voltage (>600V AC) cabling, conduit and raceway systems, cable tray, support structures and related load calculations.
Knowledge of power supply rough-in and coordination with general contractors or subs; not building controls, fire alarm, or security systems beyond coordination.

Responsibilities

A significant amount of travel will be required when assigned to an out of area jobsite.
Manages electrical construction projects or assists senior management on large hyper scale projects in the Midwest; oversees field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance; ensures contracts, budgets, safety and compliance are met.
Manages project coordination, scheduling, and construction.
Monitors project accounting and profitability.
Maintains relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, officials, and P1 staff.
Leads subordinates per P1 leadership model and operating principles.
Ensures project completion on time and within budget.
