Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks an Assistant Project Manager onsite in Tulsa, OK to support planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects. You’ll work with project leaders and cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, estimating, controls, procurement, client presentations, and construction activities while tracking deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of construction project experience in planning, engineering, estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, cost control, or document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project schedule development, monitor progress, and prepare monthly project reviews for leadership.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews, support project closeouts, and prepare post-construction cost reports.
• Assist with purchase orders, subcontract packages, vendor scopes of work, and contract schedules.
• Participate in value engineering, constructability reviews, and improve project quality.
• Collaborate with Safety personnel on safety plans, incident reporting, and investigations.
• Manage RFIs through the document management system and maintain project records.
• Coordinate project closeout, warranty administration, and lessons-learned reviews.
• Assist the Project Manager with duties and provide coverage when needed.
• Follow established company standards, policies, and procedures.
