Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management, including planning, estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, and field ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-build and EPC project teams from kickoff to closeout, ensuring objectives and standards are met.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Oversee cost control, change management, invoicing, and project financials.
• Manage prime contracts/subcontracts and procurement planning.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and field construction activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead RFIs, constructability reviews, value engineering, and issue resolution.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental compliance, and company policies.
• Oversee closeout activities, warranty, and lessons learned.
• Provide mentorship and develop junior team members.
