Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager I or II to lead complex design-build and EPC projects onsite at our Tulsa, OK office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from planning through construction, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction project management, with experience in DB/EPC environments, strong leadership, budgeting, and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience covering planning, estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated design-build and EPC project teams from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports; identify risks and communicate status.
• Oversee project financials, including cost control, forecasts, change orders, and invoicing.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and procurement planning; supervise bids and submittals.
• Coordinate engineering, scheduling, procurement, and field construction to support constructability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers; maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead RFI and constructability reviews; drive value engineering and issue resolution.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental compliance; adhere to company policies.
• Oversee closeout activities, warranties, and lessons learned.
• Develop team capability and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
