Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be based onsite in Tulsa, OK. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects, collaborating with project leaders and cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities, tracking progress, and assisting with proposal development and closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• At least 2 years of construction project experience including planning, estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, cost control, or document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project schedule development, monitor progress, and prepare monthly project reviews for leadership.
