Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks a Senior Project Manager onsite at our Tulsa, OK office to lead complex EPC projects. You will oversee engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and contractual compliance.

The role requires seasoned leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to mentor project teams while maintaining client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience overseeing large, complex construction or EPC projects.
• Experience in planning, engineering, estimating, procurement, subcontract administration, scheduling, cost control, and closeout.
• Experience administering prime contracts, construction subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage prime contract requirements, construction subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee project schedule development, monitor milestones, identify schedule risks, and prepare progress reports for leadership.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, monthly financial reviews, progress payments, and project closeouts.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontract packages, vendor scopes, bid evaluations, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate engineering and design activities, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
