Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our onsite Tulsa, OK team. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects and work closely with the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, controls, procurement, and construction.

The role offers exposure to multiple projects, opportunities for growth in project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of construction project experience.
• Experience with EPC or design-build project delivery is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project schedule development and monthly reviews.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and support project closeouts.
• Assist with purchase orders, subcontract packages, vendor scopes of work, and contract schedules.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Collaborate with Safety for project safety plans.
• Manage RFIs and project records.
• Coordinate project closeout and warranty administration.
• Support the Project Manager with assigned duties and coverage.
• Follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
