Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager I or II to lead complex EPC and design-build initiatives onsite in our Tulsa, OK office. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities, while managing cost, schedule, and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 5+ years in construction PM, including DB/EPC exposure and power delivery project familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Education)
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience, including planning, engineering, estimating, bidding, procurement, scheduling, and field ops.
• Direct experience managing Design-Build (DB) and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
• Experience in power delivery industry, including transmission, distribution, and substation construction.
• Experience managing complex contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and project financials.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, equipment, and construction practices for transmission projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and drive projects to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated design-build and EPC project teams from kickoff through closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Oversee project financial performance including cost control and change management.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and field construction activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead RFIs, constructability reviews, and value engineering to improve quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental compliance across projects.
• Oversee project closeout, warranty, and lessons learned.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
