Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Senior Project Manager for industrial EPC projects onsite at our Houston facility with 70% travel and per diem provided. You will lead electrical or mechanical construction efforts from preconstruction to closeout, directing teams, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years of experience in large-scale construction, and strong PM software skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction with at least 5 years of large-scale project responsibility.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar electrical or mechanical construction projects in data centers, petrochemical, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and related PM software.
• PMP certification, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, change orders, and financial reporting.
