Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction with significant financial/operational responsibility.
• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar electrical or mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for successful execution of large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to align with objectives, schedules, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; act as primary contact for performance, negotiations, and planning.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, material management, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, and construction codes while promoting proactive safety culture.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and engineers; identify process improvements for growth.
