Job summary

KBR is seeking a Project Director to lead large, complex EPC projects valued at more than $1 billion, with full accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary client interface, providing executive leadership across project planning, execution, contract management, and delivery. You will direct multidisciplinary teams and strategic partners to achieve objectives while ensuring adherence to company standards and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in related projects with 20+ years average including senior PM experience.
• Undergraduate Engineering degree and a P.E. license.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large EPC projects with >$1B value and client interface.
• Ensure safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and manage contracts and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales during proposal phase; may serve as proposal manager.
• Define scope, manage changes, and revise execution plan.
• Provide project status updates to client and company.
• Lead project management team and uphold ethics.
