Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a senior Project Manager to direct large EPC projects focused on safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will staff multi-discipline teams, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, and manage client relationships across varied markets.

The role requires leadership of complex projects, strong risk management, and the ability to drive performance and profitability while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of pre-employment checks may be required (background, drug screen, MVR).
• Experience leading large EPC projects and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of large, complex EPC projects with emphasis on safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Oversees day-to-day engineering, procurement, and construction scope and performance.
• Staffs and leads multi-discipline project teams including project managers and construction leaders.
• Directs priorities, execution strategy, issue resolution, and recovery actions for major EPC projects.
• Manages client relationships and seeks opportunities for new business and contract negotiations.
