Job summary

You will lead staffing of projects, coordinate multi-discipline activities, and collaborate with internal teams to advance Black & Veatch’s market footprint. This senior role emphasizes leadership, budgets, and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with leadership.
• Professional Engineering License; Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and proposal development for opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of EPC/Service projects including risk, cost, schedule, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Staff and develop project teams with multi-discipline professionals.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction and startup.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and payments; conduct project performance reviews.
