Job summary

KBR seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex EPC projects in the Houston area, managing scope, schedule and cost for engagements valued up to $500 million. You will interface with clients, direct multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, profitable delivery aligned with contract requirements.

The role requires an engineering degree with a P.E. license and 12+ years of experience, including senior PM exposure, to drive performance across the full lifecycle from proposal through closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with several years at Senior Project Manager level.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering and possession of a P.E. license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe, profitable, and successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives.
• Serves as primary client interface and provides strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Directs multidisciplinary teams and project partners while maintaining accountability for financial performance, risk, and HSE compliance.
