Job summary

S&B is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex EPC capital projects in Energy, Power, and Midstream sectors. You will serve as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, proficiency in project controls, and experience directing owner relations and executive stakeholders. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered with management approval.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary interface with clients for large EPC capital projects.
• Develops executive relationships through reviews and reporting.
• Establishes project organization, strategy, and staffing plan.
• Oversees cost estimates for engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Accountable for safety, quality, cost, and schedule across all phases.
• Leads risk identification, mitigation, and root-cause investigations.
• Ensures adherence to project management standards, quality systems, and safety.
• Manages EPC capital budget, strategy, and approvals.
• Supports proposals and business development for large EPC pursuits.
• Ensures project close-out and lessons learned.
