Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex EPC projects in a client-focused environment. You will drive cross-functional execution across engineering, procurement, and construction, while maintaining safety, quality, and financial discipline.

Role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and strategic growth, with responsibilities spanning project delivery, risk management, and business development through strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related engineering
• 8+ years of progressive EPC project experience
• Proven ability to lead EPC phases—engineering, procurement, and construction—with strong financial, schedule, and quality outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead crossfunctional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools; familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA 30-hour)
• Travel 30% or as needed, by air and ground.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for multidisciplinary project teams
• Oversee project planning and execution strategy across engineering, procurement, and construction
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks; implement mitigation plans
• Maintain client relationships and drive strategic account growth
• Ensure contract compliance and resolution of issues; balance client satisfaction with company interests
• Forecasting, reporting, and managing KPIs, scorecards, and measurables
