Job summary

Jedson Engineering is seeking a Project Director with a proven track record in leading EPC power projects valued between $150MM and $500MM. You will be the primary interface with the client and coordinate the engineering team.

You will also participate in business development activities, proposal preparation, and mentoring of staff while ensuring project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans are developed and controlled to meet success criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
15 to 25+ years of project leadership experience on EPC power projects.
Experience managing projects >$150M lump-sum or >$500M reimbursable.
Strong knowledge of Project Controls.
Proven ability to build client relationships with internal stakeholders.
Leadership skills to support cradle-to-grave projects.

Responsibilities

Clarify project goals, deliverables, and outcomes.
Lead Business Development from proposal to client relations.
Lead risk reviews and mitigation planning.
Develop FEED-level execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
Oversee design, procurement, and construction with subcontracts.
Manage commissioning, turnover, and close-out reports.
Oversee Project Services functions (Document Control, Scheduling, Cost Management).
Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
Monitor risks through the project lifecycle.
Ensure project cost and schedule align with contract.
Deliver final project to the client.
