Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Electrical Lead to guide the electrical discipline on major EPC projects. You will supervise engineers and designers, set standards, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery while interfacing with clients and suppliers.

The role requires 15+ years of electrical experience, PE/P.Eng. registration, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. A strong communication and leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience, with an average experience of twenty (20+) years.
• PE or P.Eng. registration required.
• Domestic and possibly some international travel to visit jobsites and supplier factories.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline on major EPC projects.
• Direct and develop assigned electrical engineering and design personnel.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and quality expectations on the project.
• Manage discipline staffing, budgets, and execution performance.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
