Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an experienced leader to direct the largest and most complex EPC projects, owning senior accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. The role includes staffing, coordinating multi‑discipline teams, and managing high‑level client engagement across multiple projects.

Hybrid or flexible work options apply after the initial period. Anticipated travel exceeds 50% to project sites and client locations, with relocation eligibility and no visa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the largest, most complex EPC projects or groups of EPC projects, with senior accountability for safe construction execution, quality, client outcomes, schedule, financial performance, commercial risk, and project recovery.
• Provides senior direction to project managers, project directors, construction leaders, and integrated EPC teams across engineering, procurement, construction, startup/commissioning, project controls, commercial, quality, and safety.
• Resolves the highest-risk construction, labor, subcontractor, schedule, cost, commercial, client, and execution issues on major EPC work.
• Oversees and delivers opportunities for new/repeat business, finalizing key contract negotiations with client executives and project managers.
