Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on on-site EPC projects. You will manage cost controls, forecasting, change management, and reporting, delivering updates to clients and senior leaders.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in project cost controls, expertise with TCI reporting, Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI, plus leadership of project controls teams in large EPC settings.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating multi-project EPC environments and issues.
• Ability to align construction costs with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Lead the Project Controls team under the Project Services Director.
• Coordinate forecasting, change management, and budget analysis on-site.
