Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to join our EPC support team on-site. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for complex multi-project efforts, coordinating closely with client management and internal stakeholders to drive disciplined cost performance.

You will manage the Project Controls team, deliver program updates, and ensure alignment with Primavera P6 schedules while maintaining a strong focus on risk, budget, and earned value metrics.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management & reporting.
• Experience collecting/reporting field progress/installed quantities.
• Experience coordinating multi-project EPC issues.
• Ability to align construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
