Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team onsite. You will oversee cost controls, budgeting, earned value, and reporting across EPC initiatives, collaborating with client management and senior leaders.

You will lead an on-site team, drive forecasts, track progress, and integrate Primavera P6 with cost data to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress and quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues across varied projects.
• Ability to align construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues on EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
