Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to lead cost controls for large EPC programs. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, earned value, and reporting, coordinating with leadership and field teams on-site.

The role requires extensive cost control experience, Primavera P6 expertise, and a track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects. On-site, with a strong emphasis on safety and schedule alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience leading teams on multi-million/billion EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function for EPC projects.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
