Job summary

Jacobs in the United States seeks a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on-site for EPC projects. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, earned value, and reporting, coordinating with client management and senior leaders.

The role requires 20+ years in project cost controls, TIC experience, Primavera P6 alignment, and leadership of multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience leading teams on multi-million/billion EPC projects.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
