Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to lead forecasting, cost controls, and reporting for multi-million dollar EPC programs. This on-site role supports the Program Management Team and provides updates to client management across levels.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in cost controls, Primavera P6 alignment, and leading project controls teams, with a strong track record across complex EPC projects and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Work on-site using forecasting, change management, cost management, and budget analysis.
• Manage project earned value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools.
