Job summary

SOLV Energy, a national provider of solar, storage and high voltage infrastructure services, seeks a Senior Scheduler. You will develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules using P6, lead a team of schedulers, and coordinate with multiple teams across PV, storage, and substations.

Travel to job sites is required, while the role remains primarily remote. Applicants should have 5+ years in construction scheduling, strong CPM expertise, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in an engineering field or construction management.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and critical path methods.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and field teams for updates.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and drive schedule mitigation.
• Maintain delay logs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
