Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in power infrastructure services, is seeking an Engineer 3 to act as a Subject Matter Expert in utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. The role offers flexibility to be fully remote or located in Edison, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of engineering experience, a degree in Engineering, and skills in AutoCAD and project management tools. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (F.E.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert focused on value engineering and QA/QC.
• Ensure coordination of design deliverables for project scope.
• Support permitting efforts by coordinating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Solar focus preferred)
