Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to develop, plan, and execute all contractual requirements of large-scale EPC construction projects (> $500M). Provide on-site management, direction, and accountability for project success.

You will establish objectives, supervise field activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance while aligning with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of project management on large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize performance.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, cost control, scheduling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with company mission.
• Supervise construction management and coordinate field activities and resources.
• Oversee Project Execution Plan, Quality Management System, and QA/QC procedures.
• Act as primary client/subcontractor/vendor contact and lead meetings.
• Monitor schedule, budget and compliance with specifications; report progress.
