Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) a Quanta Services company, seeks a Project Manager to lead DB/EPC projects involving design, procurement, and construction management in the energy sector. You will supervise field operations, coordinate engineering and subcontractor activities, and ensure contract compliance.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while enforcing HSE and QA/QC standards across sites and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ construction experience with at least 5 years on DB/EPC projects in Power Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, contracting, scheduling, budgeting and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain communication and satisfaction.
• Manage changes to contracts and perform cost reviews.
