Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC construction projects over $500M. You will develop, plan, and execute contractual requirements, provide on-site management, and align with company policies. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Candidate must have a four-year degree and at least 15 years of PM experience on major EPC programs, with strong client relations and leadership skills to drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or business degree or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience.
• Minimum of 15 years project management of large complex EPC projects.
• Strong customer relationship experience.
• Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Thorough knowledge of construction discipline responsibilities, unions, cost control, scheduling, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Supervise construction management and coordinate field activities and resources.
• Support strategic plan, quality, safety, and client relations.
• Build project teams by filling key field staff positions.
• Oversee the Project Execution Plan and Quality Management System.
• Primary client, subcontractor, vendor, and A/E contact.
