Job summary

Quanta Services’ QISG unit seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/ EPC projects in the energy infrastructure space.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management from inception to close, directing field offices and orchestrating subcontracts and purchase orders to meet contract requirements. You will supervise onsite and offsite Project Managers, ensure safety and quality standards, drive value engineering, and maintain strong client communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion.
• Directs intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities.
• Administers prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental goals are met.
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance.
• Maintains effective communication with the customer for satisfaction.
• Oversees subcontractor audits and QA/QC activities.
• Supervises Project Managers and coordinates with CM’s and site safety.
• Develops and manages contract changes and progress reporting.
