Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, directing engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams from inception to closeout.

You will oversee prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchasing while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Expect travel up to 50% and collaboration with customers, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent, or combination of work and education.
• 10+ years in Construction Project Management with DB/EPC projects in energy delivery preferred.
• Experience in engineering, design, construction, contracting, scheduling, bidding, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Oversees prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental stewardship goals are met.
• Plans, reports, and monitors overall project performance and progress.
• Coordinates with customer for communication and satisfaction, handles disputes.
• Supervises project managers and site safety reps, mentors junior staff.
• Prepares schedules, values, payments, and monthly progress reports.
• Administers changes to the prime contract and manages subcontractor/submittals.
• Travel up to 50% as project needs require.
