Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and new account growth.
• Retain and grow existing customers by building long‑term relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customers for maximum penetration.
• Develop customer plans including opportunities, risk ratings, and growth/retention strategies.
• Collaborate on customized environmental solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Use CRM daily to manage pipeline and activity.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Complete required environmental service agreements, pricing proposals, and onboarding forms.
