ERM seeks an experienced environmental professional to lead complex remediation projects from our Ewing, NJ office, focusing on CERCLA, RCRA, and state programs. The Managing Consultant will mentor junior staff and shape innovative remediation strategies across diverse industries, delivering value to clients while upholding safety and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive site investigation and remediation experience.
• PE or PG license in NJ or reciprocity; active LSRP in NJ.
• Proven CERCLA/RCRA/regulatory program experience.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation for clients in manufacturing, power, chemical, oil & gas, and technology sectors.
• Plan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction.
• Analyze environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans.
• Design and implement remediation strategies using traditional and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts to deliver exceptional client value.
• Prepare winning proposals and actively participate in business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
