Job summary

ERM in Ewing, NJ is seeking a Managing Consultant, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist Project Manager to lead complex site investigation and remediation projects across industries. You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and drive innovative remediation strategies while upholding safety and sustainability standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PE or PG license (NJ or reciprocity), 4+ years of site investigation/remediation experience, and a strong track record in CERCLA/RCRA programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• 4+ years of site investigation and remediation experience
• PE or PG license in NJ or reciprocity; active LSRP in NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects for clients across industries.
• Plan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction.
• Provide leadership and coaching to junior staff and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
