Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in New Jersey seeks a Managing Consultant, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist Project Manager to lead complex site investigations and remediation projects from the Ewing area. You will mentor junior staff and shape remediation strategies across industries.

The role requires a PE/PG license, 4+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel. OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of site investigation and remediation experience.
• PE or PG license in NJ or reciprocity; active LSRP.
• CERCLA/RCRA/state program experience; strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification; valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel; not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation projects for clients in manufacturing, power, chemical, oil & gas, and technology sectors.
• Plan and oversee field activities including sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction.
• Analyze environmental data and develop conceptual site models.
