Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive site investigation and remediation experience.
  • PE or PG license in NJ or reciprocity; active LSRP in NJ.
  • Proven CERCLA/RCRA/regulatory program experience.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Design and implement remediation strategies using traditional and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts to deliver exceptional client value.
  • Prepare winning proposals and actively participate in business development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

What You'll Bring
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation and remediation
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in NJ or reciprocity
  • New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) (active)
  • Proven project management skills with CERCLA/RCRA/state program experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred
  • Experience with environmental data management systems (e.g., EQuIS).
  • Advanced technical writing and proposal development skills.
  • Familiarity with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization.
Key Responsibilities

For the Managing Consultant, Engineer/Geologist/Scientist Project Manager position, the anticipated annual base pay is $105,400 -$142,900 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
