Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to support Phase I ESAs and related environmental assessments across the U.S. You will lead project and portfolio management, write high-quality reports, and coordinate with clients, field staff, and contractors within Arcadis’ EDD CoP.

Required: Bachelor's in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field; 7–10 years Phase I ESA experience; strong technical writing and regulatory knowledge; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or closely related field
• 7–10 years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs with project and portfolio management
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations (CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, SPCC)
• Strong technical writing skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities, develop scope of work, and prepare proposals
• Oversee preparation of high-quality reports and deliverables
• Coordinate review of project documents with clients, contractors, and team members
• Mentor junior colleagues and support Phase I ESA projects and portfolio work
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and meetings
