Job summary

Pressable, Automattic's WordPress hosting arm, is seeking a senior Sales Account Executive to drive growth with agencies and mid-market customers. You will own opportunities end-to-end in a strategic, consultative selling motion, leveraging AI as a multiplier while maintaining human judgment and relationship-building at the center of the process.

• Lead complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders and rigorous discovery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Own larger, more complex agency and mid-market opportunities from discovery through close.
• Build and manage relationships with technical contacts and executive decision-makers.
• Position Pressable’s platform as a long-term strategic partner for agencies and mid-market customers.
• Lead deep technical and business discovery to understand goals, constraints, and success criteria.
• Develop proposals, pricing recommendations, and commercial packages aligned with customer needs.
