Job summary

Pressable, part of Automattic, seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive early-stage sales for WordPress hosting. You will handle inbound leads, educate prospects on Pressable’s benefits, and set up meetings for senior team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal, for prospect qualification.
• Customer-focused with a passion for solving client challenges.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Willingness to learn about Pressable’s hosting product and ICP.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads efficiently.
• Comfort using AI tools for research and follow-up drafting.
• Good judgment on when to rely on AI vs. human insight.
• Ability to identify and engage target accounts at scale.

Responsibilities
