Resultant in the United States seeks a senior technology leader for its MS_Client Success Team. You will own client environments, develop multi-year roadmaps, and coordinate with delivery teams to implement recommendations across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing technology leadership, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture within IT Managed Services or technology consulting.
• Demonstrates expertise across multiple technology domains and can design, lead, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
• Has worked directly with clients and internal stakeholders to support delivery, proposals, and strategy.
• Understands business impacts of technical decisions and can clearly communicate these with clients.
• Has experience leading high-severity incident responses, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving both client success and internal process improvements.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable mentoring others and providing feedback.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and can tailor technical language to client needs.

Aufgaben

• Own the client's technical environment and ensure alignment with business goals and industry regulations.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and gap assessment for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients; coordinate with delivery teams.
• Lead and coordinate resolution of high-priority incidents, including RCA and problem management.
• Act as the technical lead in internal and external meetings, assessments, and client reporting.
• Mentor and advise engineers and delivery teams to foster technical growth.
• Maintain and improve accuracy of client documentation, architecture, inventory, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation through design, QA, and advocacy for tool/process improvements.
• Partner with Client Success Managers to scope projects, gather requirements, and support contract reviews.
• Facilitate performance management, recruiting, and training initiatives for technical staff.
• Oversee patching, antivirus, backup, and monitoring to keep client systems secure and efficient.
