Resultant is seeking a Senior Client Architect to oversee client environments, provide strategic and tactical guidance, and ensure technical health while driving innovation. The role partners with Client Success Managers, reporting to the VP of Client Success.

You will own client technology roadmaps, supervise delivery teams, and serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts, ensuring quality delivery and trusted-advisor relationships.

Competenze

• 10+ years of client-facing technology leadership, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture in IT Managed Services or technology consulting.
• Ability to design, lead, and troubleshoot complex solutions across multiple domains.
• Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders to support delivery, proposals, and strategy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading high-severity incident responses, root cause analysis, and problem management.

Mansioni

• Own the client’s technical environment and ensure alignment with business goals and regulations.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and gap assessments for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
• Lead and coordinate high-priority incidents including root cause analysis.
• Act as technical lead in meetings, assessments, and client reporting.
• Mentor engineers and delivery teams to foster technical growth.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, architecture, inventory, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation through design, QA, and process improvements.
• Scope projects with Client Success Managers and support contract reviews.
• Support recruiting and training initiatives for technical staff.
• Oversee patching, antivirus, backup, and monitoring to ensure protection and efficiency.
