As a Client Delivery Lead, you will serve as the primary client contact, develop technology roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and expansion opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 4+ years IT service delivery experience.
• 3+ years MSP client relationship management experience.
• Experience communicating with C-suite and navigating matrixed organizations.

Mansioni

• Lead relationships, provide QA, and ensure operational excellence on projects.
• Support sales calls, write proposals, and close expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate client service teams and serve as escalation point.
