Network Right is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to be the technical backbone of our service delivery, owning accounts and solving complex problems. You will build systems from the ground up, navigate messy environments, and elevate the team while working closely with the IT Manager.

You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead day-to-day execution, and serve as the primary escalation point for technicians across MDM, identity, networking, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT experience in a multi-client environment.
• Experience building IAM workflows and automations.
• MDM experience building or managing systems.
• Deep knowledge of either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Mac and Windows proficiency across environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals for troubleshooting.
• Experience running client-facing calls with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset: identify and solve problems proactively.
• Able to figure things out with incomplete documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts at a senior level and lead client syncs.
• Escalate complex tech issues across MDM, identity, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Build or lead significant infrastructure rebuilds from scratch.
• Administer and optimize identity platforms (Okta workflows).
• Lead MDM deployments across Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar.
• Manage Mac and Windows environments with deep expertise.
• Drive SaaS administration across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Develop onboarding, offboarding, and automation workflows.
• Support networking infrastructure and standardization across clients.
