Job summary

Resultant is seeking a senior client-facing technology leader to serve as the primary technical contact for clients and own the health of their environments while guiding strategic and tactical decisions.

You will coordinate high-priority incidents, develop roadmaps with Client Success Managers, and improve documentation, architecture, and monitoring across servers, cloud, and applications such as Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365. This remote role requires about 10% travel within the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client-facing technology leadership, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Expertise across servers, cloud, network, and applications such as Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and networking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of high-priority incidents, including root cause analysis and problem management.
• Develop technology roadmaps, scope projects, and support contract reviews with Client Success Managers.
• Maintain and improve client technical documentation, architecture, inventory, and monitoring.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and own the technical health of their environments.
