Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, partners, and field teams to understand value and pain points in Enterprise Support Services adoption.
• Analyze drivers of adoption and identify levers for improvement.
• Identify, design and execute controlled experiments in driving adoption of Enterprise Support Services.
• Review pricing and costing to ensure savings are passed to customers.
• Quantify impact of adoption on AWS platform adoption and ROI of Support investments.
• Develop and refine sales collateral, reference cases and value proofs for customers and partners.
• Drive commercial innovation with differentiated support offerings per customer segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable sales and drive deals end-to-end.
