Qualifications

5+ years in program management or metrics-driven decision making.
Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Engage customers, partners, and field teams to understand and measure customer value and adoption pain points.
Analyze drivers of adoption and identify levers for improvement.
Design and execute controlled experiments to drive adoption.
Review and analyze pricing and costing, ensuring savings to customers.
Quantify impact of adoption on AWS Platform and ROI of Support investments.
Develop and refine sales collateral, reference cases and value proofs.
Drive commercial innovation in Support and create training materials for the field.
Collaborate with Commercial/Public Sales, Premium Support, and Enterprise.
Prepare and present business reviews to senior Sales and BD management.
Drive Enterprise Support Services deals end to end with Sales.
