• Deep architectural expertise in high‑density x86 enterprise servers.
• Experience with high-speed PCIe, NVMe-oF, CXL and rack-scale systems.
• Proven track record in system bring-up, validation, and failure analysis.
• Leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end hardware roadmap for enterprise storage platforms.
• Lead system design reviews with OEM/ODM partners.
• Architect hardware quality frameworks and validation strategies.
• Provide escalation authority for complex hardware failures.
• Drive test automation and tooling for validation.
• Collaborate with HW/FW/SW teams to improve RAS.
