Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara seeks a hardware engineering lead to drive the hyperscale storage platform. You will own validation, qualification, and architectural decisions for high-performance, energy-efficient subsystems powering next-generation data infrastructure.

You will collaborate with validation, manufacturing test, operations, and software teams to transition subsystems to production, optimize cost and reliability, and mentor engineers while lifting hardware quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in x86 architectures and enterprise storage systems.
• Ability to design, automate, and execute hardware qualification frameworks using Python or Bash.
• Experience with high-speed signal integrity and power/thermal considerations.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in fast-paced engineering environments.
• On-site work from Santa Clara office per policy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and automate x86 hardware validation cycles.
• Coordinate with operations, manufacturing test, and software teams to production.
• Perform root-cause analysis of hardware failures with advanced tools.
• Evaluate CPU subsystems, memory, PCIe, BMCs, and power for efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and refine qualification processes and testing.
