Job summary

Everpure, a leader in data storage systems, is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for high-performance storage hardware from design through production and customer support. You will set direction, mentor engineers, drive qualification strategies, and partner with manufacturing and test teams to ensure robust, scalable hardware.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in x86 architectures, networking, signal integrity, and a proven track record building and shipping

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Masters with 5+ years or Bachelors with 7+ years of experience.
• 3+ years as Hardware Engineering Manager leading hardware teams.
• Strong background in hardware design, x86, networking, high-speed interfaces.
• Experience architecting or supporting complex compute/storage/networking/I/O systems.
• Experience defining and automating hardware qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers.
• Set technical direction and execution plans for compute, storage, networking, and I/O systems.
• Own delivery across architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, and production release.
• Harden hardware validation strategies including automated testing and stress testing.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Test, Quality, and OEM partners.
